spinach and arugula salad, pear, pecan, blue cheese, champagne vinaigrette

SECOND COURSE
goat cheese risotto, butternut squash, herbs

THIRD COURSE
corvina sea bass, shrimp velouté, spinach, roasted cherry tomato

FOURTH COURSE
pear almond tart
